Everyday Aromatherapy for Everyone:
Two essential oils that everyone should have at home, you can use undiluted: Lavender and Tea Tree.
Lavender is wonderful for little burns. Lavender on a cotton ball in your pillow case. Lavender sprinkled lightly on your wet hands before you dry after a shower: rub lightly all over including your hair. Lavender also soothes and cools inching skin.
Tea Tree is great on insect bites. Tea Tree is great for athletes foot and between toes, under arms and privates if need be.
You can combine Tea Tree and Lavender for a nicer aroma, Lemon works well as a trio for an antiseptic blend for blemishes. This trio of Tea Tree Lavender and Lemon essential oils works well on a damp cloth for wiping down counter tops, sinks: You can add baking soda and a drop of Murphy's oil soap to do hard core cleaning.
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud, it is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in eveil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trust, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails...... –Corinthians 13:4-8
Every step you take should be a prayer. And if every step you take is a prayer, then you will always be walking in a sacred manner. –Oglala Lakota Holy Man
